PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments are by 'Google Check Out' unless by prior arrangement.
- We accept Western Union. But we prefer not to use this company as they are useless.
- We accept Post Office Money Gram
- We do not accept any form of Check/Cheque
- We will accept from UK customers a Postal Order which must be Uncrossed. Crossed P/O will be returned to you.
We are a UK based web site. We only deal in POUNDS STIRLING. We do not accept Euro's or US dollars. These currencies are not valid in the UK. We will only accept UK pounds.
SHIPMENTS
- We ship worldwide
- All items have free worldwide shipping.
- Insurance is charged at an extra rate – please request the insurance price if required.
- All items are shipped in the UK at ‘1st class post’.
- International orders are shipped ‘Airmail (small packet)'’.
- All orders can be sent recorded delivery at an extra cost
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All items are checked prior to shipping for defects. All items are sent out are in perfect condition when they leave us unless the item is marked clearly as a second and has been sold as such.
Any item damaged in the mail can be investigated by the UK Royal Mail only if the item is delivered in the UK. If the item is shipped overseas you may be required to make a claim with your own Postal Services in your own country as we may be unable to do this for you. Any item damaged by your postal service will require a caim to be made by yourself to that post service.
Items may be returned if we make a mistake with your order. If this is the case we will refund the item only. We do not refund the cost of returning the item to us, nor do we refund costs of any packaging.
We do not refund items where you have made a mistake when ordering, such as you order size 6 tabi and you really needed size 7. We will ship size 6 if you order size 6 etc.
In the interest of Hygiene and Health we can not replace Tabi once you have worn them. We do not wish to pass worn tabi onto another customer in case of accidentally transmitting verruca, or athletes foot etc.We trust you understand this situation
Budoya will do its best to describe and attribute all goods and services as is possible given the medium involved. Budoya is not responsible for the prospective of the customer's misinterpretation of the descriptions given. All items are described as best as possible with photographs prepared to detail the item as best as can possibly be made. Please feel free to contact us about any item we have for sale or you would like us to find for you.
If Budoya has misrepresented any item and it can be proven as such we will if possible send a replacement. If this is not possible or the customer prefers Budoya will refund all monies for the item and shipping paid to us.
We do not make refunds on any item that comes in a specific package or is secured in any way and you damage that packaging/securing.
All items must be returned to us in 100% perfect condition with any and all item packaging intact.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Budoya is not responsible for delays in shipping your order out if there is a Postal dispute in any country where the item passes through including your country or ours. Nor are we responsible for delays in shipping due to National/Public holidays in respective countries. We try to get your order to you as soon as is possible.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Budoya is not responsible for any customs tax or import duty that may be added to the package once it enters your country. We try our best to mark the value down on the package to avoid this happening. If the package does incur any additional costs then it is your responsiblity to pay this in your own country. Any item returned to us by customs or shipping companies will be sent back to you. An addition shipping charge may be required.
If customs impound or confiscate an item because of your countries import laws, Budoya is not responsible for this. Budoya is not obliged to send a replacement item to you. To date we have had only one item impounded. We try to mark the package in such a way it will not attract any attention from the customs officials.
In some countries items you will find on this web page may be classed as illegal.
Because of these issues we ship some items from countries that are not governed by laws that prohibit them, therefore in those countries they are legal.
However we feel that we must advise you that if you do wish to purchase such items that may be illegal in your own country, then you are doing so at your own risk. You are fully responsible for your own actions.
Any items that are confiscated by the customs or police in your country are at your own risk and we are not libel to make any form of refund if items are seized. If however the items are returned to us we will refund you in full.
We have several representatives in different countries and the items you order will be sent from the nearest country to your own. If an item is illegal in your country it is not stocked in your country for legal reasons.
PRIVACY
- Any personal information you provide to us stays with us. It is not sold or given to anyone.
- Personal or payment information is not stored on our web server. The minute your enter it, it is encrypted and sent to another location for safekeeping. We delete all payment details once your order has been sent.
