Shipping & Returns


We ship worldwide
All items have a fixed £5.00 shipping fee to cover tracking and insured packages.
All parcels (unless by Airsure), must be signed for

UK orders are shipped at ‘1st Class Post’ or by courier.
International orders are shipped ‘Airmail (small packet), or courier service (eg Fedex, DHL etc)'’.
You will receive a tracking number for all orders.
All International 'PO BOX', will be sent by 'Airsure', this provides a tracking number but is not signed for.


All items are checked prior to shipping for defects. All items are sent out are in perfect condition when they leave us, unless the item is marked clearly as a second and has been sold as such.
Any item damaged in the mail can be investigated by the UK Royal Mail only if the item is delivered in the UK. If the item is shipped overseas you may be required to make a claim with your own Postal Services in your own country as we may be unable to do this for you.
Any item damaged by your postal service will require a claim to be made by yourself to that post service.
Items may be returned if we make a mistake with your order. If this is the case we will refund the item only, we reserve the right to recover the actual cost of shipping before a refund is made.
Items for exchange must be returned to us for before we will ship a new item to you. If the issue is our mistake we may refund the postage to you for returning the item to us.
We do not refund the cost of returning the item to us, nor do we refund costs of any packaging and posting the item initially sent to yourself (minimum postage and packaging is £5 per order).
We do not refund items where you have made a mistake when ordering, such as you order size 6 tabi and you really needed size 7. We will ship size 6 if you order size 6 etc.
In the interest of Hygiene and Health we can not replace Tabi once you have worn them. We do not wish to pass worn Tabi onto another customer in case of accidentally transmitting verruca, or athletes foot etc.We trust you understand this situation


If the post office fails to delivery your item we will replace the item and send it again with out any issues. The UK post office however will not deem a parcel lost until 20 days after shipping therefore we will have to wait 20 days until we can send a new item.
All reports of undelivered items must be reported to us within 60 days. After that time we are unable to replace the lost item as we can not make a claim to the Post Office. Any non delivered items after this time can not be sent again or a refund issued.


If your post office attempts to deliver an item to you, or you provide us with an incorrect address, we will be happy to ship the item to you again.
We will however, require the actual cost of shipping from you in advance prior to shipping.
It is your responsibility to to prove us with the correct address or collect from the post office if you were not available to accept the item when delivery was attempted.


Budoya is not responsible for any customs tax or import duty that may be added to the package once it enters your country.
We try our best to mark the value down on the package to avoid this happening.
If the package does incur any additional costs then it is your responsiblity to pay this in your own country.
Any item returned to us by customs or shipping companies will be sent back to you. An addition shipping charge may be required.

In some countries items you will find on this web page may be classed as illegal in some countries.
If customs impound or confiscate an item because of your countries import laws, Budoya is not responsible for this. Budoya is not obliged to send a replacement item to you.
To date we have had only one item impounded. We try to mark the package in such a way it will not attract any attention from the customs officials.
